I don't think that we ever added support for CUE. Just seeing that Petr added something about reading CUE in 2019 in this SVN revision: https://www.dropbox.com/s/ebfi7cud18s1kt3/Screenshot%202021-11-15%2012.56.13.png?dl=0 but it seems quite incomplete -- so might be better to remove it until it is fully implemented? EDIT: I'll try to add at least basic support (i.e. by setting up correct starTime/stopTime) to the tracks in playing queue, but full support is on our TODO as 0005924 |

Added very basic support for the *.cue loading to Playing list (via D&D from explorer to the Playing list or via the menu > Open URL or File... ) It works similarly like in VLC, i.e. adds the same file multiple times to the Playing list, but with different metadata (from the CUE) and different 'Start Time' and 'Stop Time' values. The full support, e.g. scanning of CUE files into the library is on our TODO as 0005924 , i.e. something for a future versions (with a need to support the same filepath being multiple times in the libary) |

Verified basic functionality works in 2520 |

I don't know if I am missing something here, but "basic support for the *.cue loading to Playing list (via D&D from explorer to the Playing list" is not working for me, nothing is displayed in the Playling list. If I drag&drop the same .cue files into VLC or KMPlayer, they will show and play the proper parts correctly. |

I have just re-tested with the Peke's sample CUE album (link in his private note above ~65927 ) and it works to add the album to Playing list when D&D from Total Commander. Tested D&D from Windows Explorer and it works too. Probably upload your sample CUE album to a free file hosting service (Box, DropBox, OneDrive, FileDropper, RapidShare, ...) and share the link to the album in a private note. |
|
I also can't access the MP3, but I was able to download the sample CUE and I can confirm that it fails to load to the Playing list. Assigned back to me for a fix. |

Verified 2651 Tested on sample CUE and bunch of my own |
