This is rather related to 0018517 'OnPCWakeUp' was called many times for some reason and each created a task to "Restart UPnP" due to issue 0015000 |

Verified 2523 Unable to replicate. Test note: I was able to replicate it once in 2522 when forcing quick back to sleep very tight timing and only once in 20 tries. Unable to replicate steps in 2523 after 35 times. |
