Summary	0018710: MediaMonkey OS integration settings aren't working (regression)
Description	Enabling the MediaMonkey context menu entries in Tools > Options > OS integration has no effect in Windows 10. I'm able to replicate this with both 5.0.1 and 5.0.2 regular installs (did not test 5.0).

Test note: I tested also regression in Windows 2004 and click on 'Associate file types with MediaMonkey' worked, but strangely in 21H2 It triggered UAC prompt before it worked.
