I think it is not necessary, because a user can choose storage before sync. It does not make sense to start complete sync and then cancel it for first storage only. Also, it could be confusing to have two options "cancel" and "cancel all". Moreover during syncing second storage both cancel actions have the same purpose. |

I was more thinking taht instead CANCEL ALL button behave like CANCEL CURRENT, no new buttons, only thing is taht if user wants to CANCEL ALL he would need to press it once for each Storage/sync process. NOTE: Sunc now if both storage are enabled do not give you choice what/where to sync and just starts sync to both. |

This is not true, you can sync each storage separately via "Sync storage" (screenshot in 0011408). Also when you go to Settings/Library & Sync/Storage/sync now then you sync only this storage. |

I know that there is workaround, but it is too tedious to go thru all the steps you described. For users that normally sync large number of files, but now want to sync only morning playlist with 10 files on internal storage and not 3k of files on SDcard, while having 1 min while getting shoes on or before get car out of Garage and be outside WiFi coverage, do not have time to go thru Left menu/Settings/Library & Sync/ select Storage/sync now and wait for sync to finish to go back and play tracks. Example, my daughter have SDcard for most liked playlist with around 500 tracks and Internal Storage with 15K of tracks where Analyze tracks takes 10 minutes where quick update of SDcard Storage takes <30s all with Sync and updates. I like CANCEL CURRENT, as it is clear what that means and usually user needs to tap at max three times. EDIT: 0011408 explains quicker way when you expand pre-sync summary, but still MMA 1.x was fater as Sync now from main screen immediately starts sync without further user interaction. |
