Summary	0018788: Main Panel: Browser view horizontal bar position do not show correctly on start
Description	If there is not enough tracks to fill browser view then on restart horizontal bar position do not show correctly on start and is glued to last track in List. Changing node and going back fixes view, but if same/similar view was last on MM close MM opens with same bug.
