| Steps To Reproduce | 1 Set Preview to use Side-by-Side under Tools > Options > Preview 2 Enable Metadata Lyrics lookup (Artwork also fails) 3 Set Preview to Playing tab 4 Play a file without Lyrics --> Expect Lyrics to be looked up 5 Switch to Advanced mode --> Lyrics are looked up immediatly Testing note: verify fix in all modes | ||||

It is not that lookup fails, side-by-side is sample script demonstrating how to add new Preview layout, and currently does not support (auto)lookup of cover or lyrics at all. |

If 'Side by Side' view just a sample script, then it shouldn't be available to users by default. If it's available to users by default then it shouldn't silently 'disable' functionality. This should be fixed (or we shouldn't include the view by default). I would suggest that the former is preferable. |

Fixed in build 2820. Added support for artwork/lyrics search to this layout. |
