Summary	0019219: Custom Toolbar is not available as Layout selection element
Description	Custom Toolbar is not available as Layout selection element Expected to be available, set to Top Panel and enabled by default. NOTE: If possible for Some user it would be great of it can be assigned to at least Left/Right Panel due teh fact that some features will be easier to be there as vertical toolbar. Additionally, I have not checked but there should be a way to add new toolbar element in Scripts. Add ToDoc-dev when it is implemented.

Ludek 2022-12-01 18:07 developer ~0070484	I agree that it should be shown in the 'Top panel', but makes sense to show it there only once it can be moved to another panel, at least to the Bottom.
