I don't see any flickering neither on the attached gif nor testing myself. Couldn't it be related to your HW/monitor settings? Nevertheless I can replicate 0019273 , i.e. micromovement causes the tooltip to disappear and re-appear, so maybe this is what you are calling "flickering" and this issue is just dup of 0019273 ? |

Yes, by "flicker" I meant that the tooltip disappear needlessly and appear again. It wouldn't be duplicate if you decided to keep the behavior of the second issue as intended. But, you say you fixed it. |

Verified 2661 TEST note: best way to test it is to use apps that prevent screen saver to start eg. simulate micro movements. |
