Summary	0019428: Sync wizard tweaks
Description	1) The 'Sync setting wizard' in the Wi-fi Sync options doesn't accurately convey that it needs to be used if the server network configuration needs to be changed. It currently shows: Sync Setting Wizard Sync server: MediaMonkey Library (MachineName) It would be cleaner / more understandable / and clarify the above point if it: a) was renamed: Sync Setting Wizard --> Sync configuration wizard (or Sync Wizard for space considerations) b) indicated the associated IP address so that users understand that a change in IP address requires the wizard to be re-run e.g. Sync Configuration Wizard Sync server: MediaMonkey Library (MachineName, IP Address) 2) When the user reaches the second page of the Sync Configuration Wizard / Sync Wizard, the header changes to 'Pre-sync summary'. It should continue to display 'Sync Wizard' since it's still the wizard that's being shown. 3) Pre-sync summary: there's no reason for the confirmation toggles to show up here (there's no other configuration on this panel).
