Summary	0019929: WEB Node: Added Bookmarks can't be edited only removed.
Description	When user Add Bookmark in Web node it can't be edited only Removed and re-added, so user can't retrieve WEB link from added Bookmark
Steps To Reproduce	1. Right click on WEB Tree node -> Add Bookmark -> Paste "https://get.webgl.org/" or "chrome:gpu" to WEB link and as Title set "WebGL Test" 2. After adding Bookmark there is no way to retrieve Link Back.
