Summary0020201: Player Summary Context menu Options
DescriptionThere is two context menus available for user when Right clicking on some parts pf MM player

a) We should consider adding "Summary Options" that would open Tools -> Player -> Playback rules, so that user can customize it when right click on Track Summary.

b) Unify both context menus into one
