Description | When issue RIP CD MM response with CD Used even there is no apparent reason for this. | ||||
Steps To Reproduce | 1. insert CD 2. Tools -> RIP 3. Enable only On Fly encoding and standard RIP 4. PRESS OK Dialog shows CD in use and can't save file. MM created 2kb ghost files on destination for each CD Track. | ||||

Resolving, we cannot reproduce it and user from ticket has it resolved by fixing Mediamonkey.ini. |

The problem is caused by multiple cores set for ripping. Then it tries to rip more files at once and it is not possible, we cannot read from CD different tracks at the same time, One reading then causes the "CD is in use" error for other parallel rips. Assigned to Ludek, I do not know how this worked, but I think we should limit ripping to only one process? |

Fixed in 2816 (i.e. hardcoded to 1 thread for ripping) |
