Summary	0020585: Reports file list do not work in some cases (regression)
Description	During fixing of 0020560 user now can't export All tracks easily. i) From Send to -> Report ii) From collection selection
Additional Information	Case i): 1. Select Music tree node 2. Right click on All tracks -> Send To 3. Reports (File list) is grayed out expected to be enabled. NOTE same works on playlist tree node. Case ii): 1. Select Music tree node or playlist in tree node (do not select anything track browser/playlist view) 2. File -> Reports (File list) is grayed out expected to be enabled to export all tracks from focused tree node
