Summary | 0020738: attributePopup background color for artists without artwork is inconsistent
Description | Entire Library / Artists - Grid view: attributePopup background color for artists without artwork is inconsistent. At start it is always @popupBgColor, but after I select some artist with displayed artwork, it will change for that artist and also the same color will be used randomly for other artists that don't have displayed artwork, with some displaying the initial @popupBgColor. If I select another artist with displayed artwork, its background color will be remembered and displayed for other artists without artwork. These colors will be remembered even if I switch nodes and return to the same view. These colors are not from the skin, but they are set by the program. I suppose you are using an algorithm to determine that color based on major color that appears on the artwork. I don't know if this is intended, but that is inconsistent and wrong. The attributePopup background color for artists without artwork should not depend on which previous artist was selected. It should always be the same using @popupBgColor from the active skin, or maybe it could be the same as the color of .imageSquare > .noArtText (I think it is set by funkyMissingArtwork). This also happens with artists in the Entire Library - Browser view, Years - Grid view, Home / Artists (see all) and maybe in other places. It seems that this is not happening with album popups.
