Summary	0020755: Disable/Warn user of Ripping disc multiple times
Description	Currently a user can initiate Ripping of a CD multiple times. This isn't great for the drive itself as it has to seek back and forth, and likely in error most of the time. To solve: A) Disable CD Rip when the CD is Ripping (make sure this is for the current drive, so users can still Rip using other drives) B) Warn user that a Rip is in progress, allowing user to Cancel Rip or Continue Rip. C) Automatically queue the Rip to start at end of current Rip
