Summary0020884: Can't start playback in Party Mode with Disable player controls enabled
DescriptionIf the user has Disable Player controls... enabled in the Options playback can't be started in Party Mode.

Party Mode should allow to start/unpause Playback when entering Party Mode with paused/stopped playback.

 I can start playback using double-click, don't you?
With the Default Action when playback is stopped to 'Play now'

Also Play button on the player works once the checkbox '[x] Enable volume, play/pause controls'

 Per IM discussion it can be achieved by non-default settings to
When playback is stopped: [Queue last]
[..] Enable volume, play/pause
but in that case it can be desirable by the party maker to disallow starting playback by any other person this way..

So resolving as "no change required"
