Summary | 0020916: Playback loops after unpause of file that became unavailable
Description | After pausing a audio file from the NAS and leaving the PC overnight, MediaMonkey looped ~10s on resume playback the next morning. Windows was unable to reach the NAS (a NAS issue) at this time. - Stop did not stop Playback - Attempting to play the next file also didn't stop the loop

Are you able to reproduce it somehow? We tried disconnecting of external HDD from USB, or disconnecting network disk from the network and the playback always correctly stopped (tried MMDS and WASAPI). It seems something specific is needed to induce this situation. For fix it would be better to find some repro steps. |

AV 46150000 also observed |
|
46150000 seems to be freeze during system call called from CHromium, which is trying to access probably frozen NAS and is not finished for long time, MM5 assumes it is frozen then. Currently cannot see any solution, it is inside system call :-/ |
|
Do you reproduce it somehow with working disk? When access to disc is frozen in system, it is problem to handle it properly. |

Closing as underlying NAS freezing has mostly been fixed (outside of MediaMonkey). |
