| Description | For this user MM crashes immediately after start last MM opened node was Albums in Grid mode. TEMP Solution was to delete persistent.json and MM starts again with reset settings. Attached corrupted persistent.json Test note: After delete MM works normally for some time and then crash again. We are unable to find quick way to reproduce/trigger crash. | ||||

Persistent.json does not say anything about the crash and works on my system. Usually it is better to get also user's DB and MediaMonkey.ini, so we can test it with the same settings and data. Or I would need at least crash log. I checked it and we did not receive any from this user's email or name. |

I asked user to report back once it happens again and will get the rest of settings. There was no crash log MM white screened when it started to load album arts on startup, windows kills the process while we wait MM freeze and no crash logs :( Resolving as not reproducible for now. |
