Summary	0021027: Dropdown list is closed during scrolling if cursor is outside of it
Description	- Choose any dropdown with many items, having vertical scrollbar; - click on the scrollbar thumb and start moving it up/down without releasing the mouse key -> if you move the mouse outside of the list, the list will be closed, even if the mouse key is still pressed. It should not happen. Standard Windows dropdowns don't close, without regard where is the mouse cursor, until you release the mouse key.
