Summary	0021105: Spanish (Chile) appears in installer but not in the Options
Description	Espanol (Chile) appears as an option in the installer, but doesn't appear in the Options menu. This isn't a big deal since Spanish (LATAM) is available BUT it may cause issues if the user installs the language from the installer and it isn't accessible (e.g. for updates) in the Options menu. Please triage.
