Summary0021108: MediaMonkey launches in a 'hidden' window in some cases (regression 3039)
DescriptionWhen attempting to verify 0020963, MediaMonkey ended up in a situation where in multimonitor situations minimizing the miniplayer caused it to 'disappear' into a hidden window i.e. MediaMonkey appears to be running but the only accessible controls are via the Taskbar preview, or via the Tray icon--any attempt to restore the Window fails and MM must be force-closed . And subsequently, launching MediaMonkey in single monitor mode --> MM always launches into a hidden window!

To replicate in an environment where:
Single monitor is:
Screen 2 (monitor): Scale 100 / Resolution 2560 * 1080

Extended mode is configured as:
Screen 1 (laptop): Scale 150 / Resolution 2240 x 1400
Screen 2 (monitor): Scale 100 / Resolution 3440 x 1440

1 Run MM on Screen 2 only
2 Open the laptop screen, causing Windows to switch to Extended mode
3 Move the MM Window to Screen 1
4 Minimize to MiniPlayer
5 Restore
--> MM disappears to a 'hidden window'!
6 Exit MM
--> MM fails to close and must be force-closed! (this happens consistently when repeating steps 4-6)
7 Close the laptop screen (thereby switching back to single monitor mode)
8 Launch MM and Minimize to MiniPlayer
9 Restore
--> MM disappears to a 'hidden window' (now even when using only a single monitor)!
10 Exit MM (via the tray icon--since there's no UI)
--> It closes successfully
11 Launch MM and Close MM without first minimizing to the miniplayer (in the hope of resetting some setting and stopping this behavior)
12 Launch MM
--> It launches into a hidden window!

This is really severe--I now have no way of using MM since it always launches into a hidden window!

Per discussion initial build 3040 crashes on close ( C7BC000 ) every time after minimizing to MiniPlayer, Restoring, and then closing.

The issue of MM launching in a hidden window which only started appearing in build 3039 is:
- Verified as fixed for Single screen
- Waiting for some other changes from Petr for Multi-Monitor

The other crash related to closing after restoring the MiniPlayer is a separate regression introduced in build 3036 and is being tracked at 0021109.

Re-opening the issue in relation to the remaining fixes to come.
