| Description | I've only tested this with the iPod but it seems that usecases along the following lines trigger Phantom Artists (Artists that exist in the DB but don't have corresponding tracks on the device): 1) Synch the db in MM (which causes any 'Phantom' artists to disappear) 2) Synch Playlist 1 and 2 3) Synch Playlist 2 only --> tracks from playlist 1 apparently delete -->Examine db and there are Artist entries for tracks from Playlist 1 that have been deleted from the device (as evidenced by examining the DB in MM OR by trying to play the Phantom Artist on the iPod itself. | ||||
