Summary	0002132: File Monitor triggers duplicates when quotes are in path
Description	This issue was reported in the forums at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6277 I've forwarded an e-mail from the user, and posted his log to the ftp server. Note: in addition to duplicates, the user also indicates performance issues with the file monitor.
