Summary	0021469: Video placement wrong when turning on/off waveform, while playing a video.
Description	In case user plays video in Preview window and turns on/off waveform in player layout, the video placing is not updated to the updated layout, so the video is placed wrong. It is fixed after moving splitter or starting to play next video.
