Summary | 0021484: Add activeCodePage to application manifest
Description | In Windows 10 the only supported values for process activeCodePage was UTF-8. But Windows 11 allows also different setting (Legacy, en-US, ja-JP, ...). We should set here UTF-8, so the system will know exactly, what to use. At first, we should check, how the app will work with this setting. As it could cause problems, set target as 2024.2 to analyze behavior with different language settings on different systems.
