Summary	0021503: Some MP4 files cannot be parsed, even though other SWs can read tags from them
Description	One user has some Samsung Camera and edited videos from it using ExifTool. The resulting files are often not parsed by MM (no tags and size). It seems to be some combination of wrong original format (MP4 with atoms specific only to QuickTIme/MOV) and edit in ExifTool. As e.g. Explorer can parse the files, we should be able too. And hopefully fix the file format on edit. Sample file in the ticket.

michal 2025-02-23 12:04 developer ~0078335	Fixed in build 3150. Problem was caused by ExifTool, after its edit file contained meta.hdlr atom with wrong size. I adjusted our parser, so it can parse such file and automatically fix such kind of corruption on tag save.
