Summary0021572: Missing error message, if request to Last.fm fails.
DescriptionIn case fetching initial token from Last.fm API fails, MM now ends silently, it looks like not working radio button "On" in Options - Last.fm. We should display error message/toast message, that connections failed, so it is clear, what happened.

 Fixed in build 3152. Used existing string "There was an error while connecting to " + url.

Verified 3152 msg is shown only when it fails.
