Summary | 0021615: BPM not showing in Properties when 2 files selected
Description | When 2 files are selected, one with a BPM value, and 1 without a BPM value, the BPM value is not shown in Properties. This is counter to what all other fields do in Properties in this scenario.
Steps To Reproduce | 1 Select 2 files, one with known BPM one without BPM value 2 Open Properties --> BMP blank
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||

BPM is Track Specific field eg. like Volume leveling or Initial Key and should be empty and disabled on multi edits. Maybe if possible add ability to clean it for all selected files. Adding incorrect/wrong BPM like Volume leveling corrupts playback on supported apps that rely on BPM to control playback speed. |

It's no different than initial key or Title, those will show a value in Properties when 1 file has the value and 1 file is blank. The behavior for BPM is inconsistent with how other fields behave. Note that the scenario in which this is being used is getting tags from an old copy to a new copy of the same file. All values between files would be the same. Laving a field blank and checked and blank will already clear it. What would be more useful is a visual representation that differentiates where the value shown is in all selected files and where it's only in some (Ie. some files have this value blank). |
