| Summary | 0022008: Ability to disable the YouTube toggle | ||||
| Description | Some users don't want to have YouTube available (to toggle on) both normally and especially in Party mode. It currently appears in Artist, Album, and Search views. Although it's possible to disable the 'Info panel' that contains the YouTube toggle in Artist/Album views (Manage Views > Browser > disable Info Panel) this doesn't accomplish the objective since: a) Some users may want to have the Info Panel, but not YouTube b) It's not possible to disable it from Search result views Possible approaches to this would be: a) Make the Info Panel configurable b) Disable YouTube globally Although a) might be the more desirable approach, in that Info Panels should be configurable, it would probably be a lot of work for little benefit. So b) might be the preferred approach. e.g. Options > General > [x] YouTube integration | ||||
