Summary	0022189: 'Getting ... (File Created)' thread should be renamed
Description	There is 'Getting ... (File Created)' background thread that is responsible for filling the Songs.FileCreated field (newly added for version 2027) It should be renamed to something more descriptive as to what the thread is doing.
