Summary	0022236: Can't Copy/Paste between Playlists/Copy/Paste Moves files instead [Regression]
Description	1. Initially tried to copy several files in a Playlist. Upon right click in a different Playlist the full Context Menu was greyed out, not allowing Paste. 2. Unsure what changed, but trying to repeat this Paste was available, but the files were moved to the new Playlist.
