DescriptionTracks in multiple CD albums are not sorted correctly after MMW sync

User is uses latest MMA and MMW 2027
Steps To Reproduce1. Make sure Multi CD album is correct in MMW
2. Do Wi-Fi sync
3. Some Album track show Disk 0, Track 209 instead of Disk 2 Track 9 while some are correct
4. Resync do not fix the issue (log ID is after the resync where only playlist is synced not metadata
