Fixed in build 940. |

Tested in 940, and it works when synching a regular file, however, when synching files that have been auto-converted, if the user has edited the metadata of the auto-converted file, the change doesn't synchronize to the original instance of the file. |

This issue was about broken bi-di synchronization in 2.5.1, Auto-converted tracks weren't even bi-di synchronized. Although it might sound logical to copy tags back from device to PC in this case, I'm not sure it's the best idea. E.g. if user edits the actual sound samples in device somehow (even apply mp3 gain), MM wouldn't certainly pick up such modifications. In order to prevent such confusion I'd rather not bi-di synchronize auto-converted tracks at all. Or we can wait with what scenarios users come up in forum and take it into account for 2.6. |

Since the original issue is fixed, I'm closing this. |
