Description | So that users can better understand the support options available to them, there should be direct links from within the product to all available support sites. The following should appear under 'Help': -Help Content (this is currently just 'Content') -Online Forum -Technical Support Both 'Online Forum' and 'Technical Support' links should be customizable. | ||||
