| Description | Whenever users have problems with scanning files, the scanning status is always inaccurate in the sense that it shows MM being stuck on a particular file, when in reality MM is stuck on a different file. This causes all kinds of delays in getting to the bottom of such problems since the users initially sends the wrong files, then I have to ask him to generate a debug log, then, if he sends me a debug log I have to tell him which files to send. Can we fix this so that the scanning status is accurate for such situations? | ||||
