Summary0002744: Store links to album art in files to tags
DescriptionFor several reasons it might be useful to store links to album art stored in files to tags. For example, it would prevent album art loss on DB rebuild.

I experimentally implemented it in build 1012 for OGG files only. Assigning to Rusty for a review, we could add such a support for other formats as well.

FLAC Also Support linked Album Art and it is added in plugin.

Support for linked AA in FLAC was removed in revision 4707 (bug 0003984)
