As discussed over IM, assigning to Peke to make sure MM always writes tag to file, even if there are only linked images. |

When using Song properties all works Ok as MM checks if Format plugin support tagging of Album Art but when User uses Cover Panel to add/edit album art that Check is missing which results in skipping of Update Tag for all Fyle types not just FLAC. |

By fixing bug 0002773 this is also fixed |
