Summary | 0002822: Ability to disable 'Shuffle' for certain tracks
Description | MM already has the ability to disable Crossfading and Bookmarking for certain types of files. It should also have the ability to disable 'Shuffling' for some file types. e.g. for Audiobooks or Podcasts, etc. Disabling shuffle means that when such tracks are added to a playlist, they are always added without changing their order relative to one another IFF they are contiguous to begin with. i.e. the group of tracks that match this criteria may be moved to a different position of the playlist, but the order doesn't change within the set of tracks. Suggested UI: Never shuffle tracks with genre containing: Note: we currently select based on Genre, and will likely continue to do so, though this may depend on the manner in which Library/Filter functionality is created (bug 0000102).

Note: Since Filtering functionality is implemented, it would probably make sense to implement this in the Filter configuration (instead of choosing specific genres to which this rule should apply). [ ] Enable Bookmarking [ ] Ignore Shuffle [ ] Disable Crossfading See full context in bug 0000553. |

I guess that we can resolve this one - since it will be implemented as a part of 0000553. |
