Revising to 'urgent' since by default this option is enabled and it's relatively rare for this problem to occur. |

This is actually by design - some iPod models don't work when this option isn't enabled, others do. Possibly some short note could be written next to the option to warn users about its usage. |

I think the point is that MM should have device profiles that prevent them from unrealizingly messing up with there synchronization config. Closing since this is already covered elsewhere. |
