| Description | currently, selecting more from same "artist" on a file which has multiple artists listed (with semicolons), will take you to the library node which shows nothing. This is better then previously which created a node that showed the semicolon notation. Instead, it can be assumed that the artist listed first (before the first semicolon) is the artist the user thinks is the most relevant to the track. This is the artist that should be navigated to upon clicking "more from same". The same method should be applied to other multiple field values also. | ||||

Or, for tracks with e.g. multiple artists, the item "Find More... > Artist" could get a submenu containing the different artists. > Single artist: Find More from Same... > Artist > Multiple artists: Find More from Same... > Artist > Artist 1 Artist 2 ... Addition: maybe "Find More from Same..." items should be disabled if they're not applicable, e.g. "Artist" should be disabled if the song doesn't have an artist. The message "This track does not have a ? assigned" could implicitly be given earlier, without requiring 2 extra click and reading a message box. Alternatively, MM could jump to the Unknown node for an unknown artist, but this might be too unexpected. |
