Summary | 0003239: Next and Back Shortcuts skip tracks on Vista
Description | On Vista, when I use the <crtl><n> and b shortcuts, MM plays the correct track, however, the Now Playing list shows the wrong track being played. e.g. NP List A B C D If track A is being played and I press Ctrl N, then track B starts playing, however track C is highlighted in Bold. This didn't occur on my XP machine.

Further testing shows that this issue isn't particular to vista. It can be easily triggered by using CTRL N / CTRL B repeatedly. |
|
Fixed in build 1049. |
|
Tested 1049. This issue is still open. Fairly easy to reproduce. Ctrl-N twice in rapid succession Ctrl-B twice in rapid succession After doing this a couple of times you'll see that MM is playing a particular song but 'thinks' (based on what is bold in NP) that it is playing another. e.g. Tracks A, B, C: it plays track B but shows Track A in bold. After Track B completes playing, Track B appears in Bold and starts playing (again)! |

Fixed in build 1050. - There was actually another problem, unrelated to the original fix. It should work well now, some problems (like freezing) were removed. |

Verified 1050. |
