Summary | 0003273: Possibility of accidentally setting rating & no easy way to undo it
Description | if you click and drag in the tracklist to select multiple files, but the first thing you click on is the rating, even though you don't let go while over the rating, the rating still sets... (it should be set on release, not on press) This problem is amplified because there is no easy way to set a rating back to "unknown". - the right click menu and categorize toolbar provides stars and the bomb rating.. but no "unknown" option - to set it back to this you have to go to the properties of the file. This is a pain when you accidentally rate something and want to undo it. solution: - (EASY) all rating menus should include "unknown" - (MORE INVOLVED) The very left area of the ratings hit state in the trackilst should set the rating to unknown - at the moment it sets it to half a star. (Maybe bomb can be incorporated as well)

I think we should go with the simplest solution: make it easier to fix this by adding 'unknown' i.e. right click > My Rating > Unknown Setting as immediate because this should be trivial. |

in most views this is fixed... however, if you click on the "now playing node" and right click on a track, you'll find that this menu is inconsistent and does not list "unknown" |
