Summary	0003323: OK on filters dialog raises tree refresh even if nothing was changed
Description	As Teknojnky mentioned here : http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=19188&highlight= if user opens filters dialog and then closes it using OK (without any change), main tree was refreshed.
