Summary	0003592: Skinning: AA+Details expand triangle should be skinnable & support transparency
Description	expand triangle needs to be skinnable (supporting transparency) - see attached image. this lack of transparency and skinnability really brings down the good work that's been done on the rest of the skins. Dale.
