Summary | 0003666: Album Art Details view: 'Show All x Tracks' doesn't work correctly
Description | When there are more tracks than can be displayed, a down arrow appears to expand the list. In 1080, the text associated with the arrow (e.g. 'Show all 10 tracks') doesn't appear next to the arrow--instead it appears 1 column over!

Fixed. Will be in 1081. |

I'm opening this because I think that this function isn't planned good at all in Beta 3. It can't be made an own "Grouping"-pane of this imo, since this function always will exist (isn't possible to turn of in 3.0). I think the easiest solution is just; 1) Arrow and text will be like when you disable the "Grouping"-pane in Beta 3. 2) Both arrow and text should be pressable areas to expand the list. 3) The text and arrow needs some more vertical pixels clearing after the seventh track. |
|
Tested 1085: 1) seems to no longer be an issue. 2) partially fixed. Text still requires a double-click, but I don't think this is urgent. 3) Not really urgent. Pushing to 'urgent'. |

Raising priority to immediate because item 2) is worse than previously thought--clicking the text can accidentally make the last track editable so that the user accidentally deletes metadata. Repro steps: -Switch to AA+Details and find an Album that has many tracks -Click an area in the Artist/Album Artist column that causes the Album to become selected -Slowly click 3 times on the 'o' in 'Show all 12 tracks' --->The album expands to show all 12 tracks --->The Title field of the 12th track is in edit mode so it's easy for the user to accidentally edit the text. What should happen is that clicking the 'Show all...' text should behave exactly as clicking the arrow does. Raised at: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=22583 |

Item 2 fixed (in 1107). |

Verified 1108 (note it seems to display correctly as well now). |
