Summary0003920: Some MediaMonkey.ini files cause Lyrics to be truncated
DescriptionIn general, when:
a) Installing MM 3.0 on a clean machine
b) Upgrading MM 2.5 --> 3.0
Everything works correctly

HOWEVER, it seems that the pre-existence of some MediaMonkey.ini files cause strange behaviour in MediaMonkey:
-It causes MM to prompt to scan the drive if the user elects to not upgrade from MM 2.5 --> 3.0 (normally MM just proceeds to the Library without scanning in this case). Note: I think it makes for sense for MM to always prompt to scan the drive if db upgrade is rejected.
-It causes lyrics to be truncated (they appear with '...' following the point at which they're truncated.

User also indicated that in one case, tThe library appears in the rhs window and the now playing appears but the 30 Second "reading files" process does not occur (although I suspect this is a test artifact--user may not have deleted the m3u file).

User provided original (the one that causes the bug) and new MediaMonkey.ini files to help isolate the problem. Posting these to the ftp server.

Assigning to Petr to review.

Based on what I saw, I don't think that DB Upgrade can cause such a problem. However, we should review FLyrics handling thorough MM, I think that there is at least one problem:

TSongListData.ClearAddons() doesn't remove the flag FLongTextLoaded and so MM then possibly thinks that whole lyrics is loaded even if it isn't so? Maybe there are more problems...
