Summary0004026: MM crashes on start up sometimes
DescriptionAccording to EL, this happens when Player.ini file can't be created on startup in temporary folder. Since the related code isn't Unicode ready, it probably mostly fails on Asian systems.

Fixed in build 1108.
 - It does no longer create the file and so the whole problem is gone.
