Summary | 0004086: Clean Tags: Adds empty Album Art image to the track
Description | When the user performs a clean tags operation on ID3 tags, Album Art is removed, however, in its place is an empty image (instead of there being no image). Setting as immediate because this really pollutes a collection quite a bit when the user is trying to do the opposite.
Tags | No tags attached. | ||||

Fixed in build 1113. - As discussed over IM, the problem is slightly different. Anyway, I modified it so that the empty AA isn't shown to user in case it isn't found in tag (which was also this case). |

Tested 1114. It looks as if a regression may have been introduced. If I select several tracks that have album art stored to MP3 tags, and then use Clean Tags (v1/v2), the art is removed only from some of the tags. I can't find any pattern re. which tracks retain album art and which tracks have it deleted, but the problem occurs consistently. Posted debug log of the following: 1-Search for "", and then sort by Album 2-Select all 20 tracks from Turtles greatest hits 3-View Properties>Album Art and delete linked art, and apply tagged art to all so that each track has a single tagged image 4-Delete ID3 v1/v2 tags -->Tracks 1, 13, 20 still have their art |

As discussed over IM, this is probably just some refresh problem of AA, instead of trying to fix it now I makes more sense to wait for rewritten AA support in the next version of MM. |

Closing 1115--can't replicate. |
