Summary	0004715: Player skinning : user can't define time mask with showing hour only if track length is at least 1 hour
Description	For now, player skin can have defined time format with masks d,h,m,s. In case user will define h:mm:ss and track is 59 minutes length, player shows 0:59:00. In this case hour isn't necessary to show up. User should have an option to show up hour only if it's needed. For this case we'll add day and hour mask in upper case (D,H) so if user will use mask H:mm:ss, then it shows 59:00 (upper case of hour mask will be ignored, because of track length isn't >=hour).
