Summary | 0004838: No easy way to hide/show Music Tree
Description | Because we have 'Navigation' toolbar we can leave without 'Main Tree' in order to save space e.g. when showing albums in Album Art view mode. But there is currently no way to hide Main Tree, i.e. menu entry View->Music tree is missing. But most probably the approach mentioned here: http://www.mediamonkey.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=32029 would fit better.

Right now we have 2 ways of controlling the view: 1) via View > <item> 2) via Taskbar controls for: Details/AA/AA+Details buttons + Track Browser button I would suggest that first we should add 'Tree' as an entry in the View menu. Later (probably in the configurable toolbar bug 0000090 ) we can examine whether we want to add a view switcher that rationalizes all of this functionality into a single toolbar. |

Ok, I think that 0000090 has been already implemented in 0004826 (duplicate issue). I implemented 1) in build 1186. i.e. Added 'Tree' as an entry in the View menu with 'Ctrl+Alt+T' shortcut. |
